Spondylus Service Change

Dear Valued Customers,

In a continued effort to improve schedule reliability on the Spondylus service, we will remove the direct call in Puerto Moin, Costa Rica on the northbound rotation.  Operational restrictions in Costa Rica have prevented optimal schedule integrity.  The last Spondylus vessel to call Puerto Moin will be the Maersk Wakayama voyage 1128 on December 17.  We will continue to service Puerto Moin via our transshipment hub in Panama.

The remaining port calls and cutoff times will not change as a result of this adjustment.

New northbound rotation will be:

Esmeraldas – Guayaquil – Balboa – Miami – Newark – Philadelphia

Southbound rotation will remain:

Newark – Philadelphia – Savannah – Miami – Manzanillo – Balboa – Esmeraldas – Guayaquil

Route maps will be updated on www.maerskline.com shortly.

We thank you for your business and look forward to continually serving your global transportation needs.
