Please be advised that there is an indefinite strike planned at Aden Container Terminal in Yemen for this week. The workers at the terminal have already taken a “go-slow” action resulting in low productivity.
If you can change your delivery to Hodeidah for cargo on water/transhipment and release containers at Hodeidah, Maersk Line will waive the COD surcharge.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise should the situation change.
