**Customers urged to pick-up all current import loads sitting on terminal**
Dear Valued Customer,
In follow-up to our update from yesterday we would like to again encourage all customers to expedite the pick-up of all IMPORT dry/reefer loads sitting on terminal prior to gates closing tomorrow, Friday December 28.
As previously announced in our first update on December 20, 2012, the following will apply related to Demurrage/Detention/Per Diem at the start of a disruption:
• Containers on terminal shall not accrue demurrage or detention charges if the container is still within free time when the disruption starts.
• If the container is already accruing demurrage or detention at the time of the disruption these charges will continue to be applied throughtout the length of the disruption.
Again, we strongly encourage all customers to make every effort to pick up all import loads on terminal.
To get the most current update on specific terminal operations, including cargo acceptance and gate hours, we suggest referring to each terminal operator’s website as your primary point of reference.
