MyFinance is our free web-based eCommerce tool designed to make it easier for you to manage your account online. After logging into our website*, you will have visibility to information related to your account including: open invoices, paid invoices, credits, and your statement. In MyFinance you can view invoices or raise a dispute quickly at your convenience. You also have the ability to pay your invoices. Everything you need to manage your account is available online and is accessible any time of day or night at maerskline.com.

View, print and download single or multiple copies of your invoice. Have the flexibility of downloading in different formats: PDF, XML, or CSV.These different formats can be configured to upload into your company’s system. There is no longer a need to send emails, or call, to request copies. It’s all available online, anytime.
By registering your disputes online, you can have confidence that it will be processed in a timely manner. All it takes is a few easy steps to dispute an open invoice. You can also re-dispute an invoice if the outcome is not what you expected. While registering the dispute you can attach supporting documentation. A CaseID (record number of your dispute registration) will be available in the Dispute Cases tab. Here, you can manage your disputes with a comprehensive list which includes the current status and history of all disputes logged. Maersk will send you an acknowledgement of your dispute registration.

Clicking on the eStatement tab will give you the most up to date information on open invoices and credits on your account. Your invoices are available to view, print or save, right from your eStatement through the link on the Bill of Lading number. If an invoice is in the process of being disputed, your CaseID associated with it is listed for reference. For your convenience, the eStatement can be printed directly from MyFinance, or it can be downloaded into Excel or Text formatting.
Reduce bank fees, courier delivery fees and the need to write checks by paying your invoices in full directly online. From the ePayment tab you simply select the invoices you wish to pay and click the pay button. Getting set up on ePayment can be done by filling out a simple form.
